This page lists the many features available in SoDash.

Listen

  • Collect data from across the social web. SoDash has the widest range of social media sources, including: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (both your data and, uniquely, site-search), Google+, YouTube, Flickr, blogs, forums (including the option of adding custom support for specific forums), the web, Amazon reviews*, IMDB*, ReviewCentre*, calendars*, TrustPilot*
  • Plug in any RSS feed (e.g. corporate blog, newspapers, etc.)
  • Custom web forms - put a form on your website, and have it create tickets in SoDash.
  • *Connect to email (uses the widely supported imap protocol)
  • Track activity in key groups on LinkedIn
  • Track messages to and from specific users -- both your own, & your competitors.
  • Handle private (e.g. DMs) & public messages.
  • Custom data-collectors (scrapers or API based) can be added for extra data sources.
  • API for the client or 3rd party integrators to add extra data sources, or get data out.
  • Manages rate limits. Delegated workers system for seamless low-cost heavy-duty data collection (a company with multiple twitter accounts can legitimately work around the Twitter rate limits).

    • Search by keyword, and use AND, OR, NOT (-), and "quoted phrases".
