Sometimes SoDash might not work the way you expect, or something goes wrong. If you experience a problem in SoDash, first of all check out our errors page to see if your problem is explained there. If you can't find the answer, or you need us to do something for you, you need to report a bug!

How To File A Bug Report

Please send an email to including:

  1. A screenshot of your full browser window
  2. The URL (web address) of the page you experienced the error on
  3. Any error message you received
  4. A description of what happened
    1. What were you trying to do?
    2. What steps you took
    3. What actually happened

Response Time

We aim to fix issues quickly, and to keep you informed on progress. Our formal SLA is set out here -- that's the minimum you can expect -- we always try to do considerably better.

If your bug is severe, and is stopping you from using major core functions in SoDash, we will of course give it priority. Please put "#urgent" in your email subject line for server issues just to be sure it gets read asap.
